My friend told me not to marry an accountant, because they count every single cent.
I have the habit of recording down my daily expenses at Sunway in a note book. So that i can know how much i spent each month and not to over-spent. I think this what normal students will do. So i’m normal! :D
One or two weeks ago, I was kinda shocked when i realised that my classmate, LJ’s using an application which can record your daily expenses and the analysis of your expenses in his smart phone. It’s just like a cash float system. (Okay… I admit i’m so out-dated to realised there’s such application.)
But the most shocking part is, he told us that the balance shown on the application will tally with the balance amount in his wallet. This is how i looked like when i heard this. My classmate and i dont believe it. He took out his wallet and started to count the balancing amount. Hah… there is a lost of RM0.20. And he started to think where’s the RM 0.20 go.
Last Thursday, we went McD for dinner. 3 of my classmates paid on the same bill. After the guys finished their dinner, my classmate took out his phone and calculate the change need to return to others.
Well… The guys couldn’t balance the account. LJ said it’s not balance since Wednesday. There’s a missing of RM 2. He suspended the amount yesterday. Another girl and I were pengzzz. She continued enjoying her McD; The guys started to recall what they bought and how much they spent; and i' started to capture the photos of the guys. Let’s see how serious they are to figure where’s the missing RM 2!
The guys enjoyed their “auditing” for more than 20 mins. Ended up they found out where’s the RM 2 go. It was because being borrowed to my classmate to buy Nasi Lemak. LOL! okay… case ended. I told LJ to buy a cash book for recording T account instead of using the application. No audit trial for automated system. –.-
